Aurora Chen is the Training Administrator for the Information Management System for Mine Action (IMSMA). In coordination with the IMSMA Training Manager she is responsible to develop and document the processes, procedures, and tools required to manage and regularly update a training information collection and student selection system for the provision of Training on IMSMA. She also is responsible to provide support for the organisation of the Training itself including all tasks ensuring the selection and participation of the trainees. Prior to joining the GICHD on April 2006, Aurora worked 7 years for the Mission of Honduras at the World Trade Organisation. Aurora has a Master in Economical History from the University of Geneva and completed a two years program at the Graduate Institute of Development Studies in Geneva. |
