Estelle is undertaking an internship as a Project Officer for one year. Her mains tasks include assisting the Francophone project, identifying French-speaking expertise in the field of work of the GICHD and promoting GICHD activities towards French-speaking actors.
She has a Master in contemporary history from Toulouse II University and a Master Degree in Economic and Social Development, with a minor subject in "Crisis, emergency interventions and development" from Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne University. She worked as an intern for six months for "France Cooperation International", operator for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in charge of the promotion of the French technical expertise. Before this she worked for one year in South-Asia, especially in Thailand and Laos, as a volunteer with an NGO which encouraged scholarship.
