Nara is undertaking a one year internship as a Programme Officer. Her main tasks include assisting the Linking Mine Action and Development Project, as well as supporting the Evaluation Functions. Nara holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva. In 2006 she completed a three month internship in a Swiss NGO in Bolivia. She worked as research assistant on sustainable development and participated in the organization of workshops on decentralization. Before starting her studies in Geneva she volunteered as a teacher in several orphanages in Bolivia for one year. In addition, she acquired a certificate in teaching English to speakers of other languages at Oxford Brookes University. |
