The GICHD attended the Third Meeting of the States Parties to the Convention on Cluster Munitions (CCM) to provide technical advice on a number of issues. These included giving guidance on stockpile destruction, clearance and risk reduction in the context of cluster munitions. The GICHD also gave its perspective on the issue of transparency measures in reporting on the scope of the cluster munition problem and the efforts invested in mitigating it. Statements |
