Evaluation of the German Projects funded through International Trust Fund in Bosnia, Serbia and Albania

The German Foreign Ministry requested the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining to carry out evaluations of the German-funded Mine Action Projects in South-East Europe, including projects funded through the International Trust Fund for Demining and Victim Assistance (ITF) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro and Albania. All aspects of the projects were to be examined, including relevance (effectiveness), efficiency of management and techniques, cost-benefit and socio-economic issues, outputs, the sustainability of achievements and recommendations for future funding.
