Unexploded Ordnances/Landmine risk education program

This paper is a short project profile of the educational program on unexploded ordnances and landmine awareness in Vietnam funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The article gives a short overview of the educational program and looks at the environmental context (social, political and economic) that supports or challenges education delivery systems. Furthermore, it looks at the mechanisms and processes used to address the issue. Finally, it looks at the components that need to be put in place to scale up the systems in terms of quality and capacity.
