Criteria for including sites in the GICHD Links & Information Database:
The sites must contain material relevant to mine action.
In general only sites maintained by a formal organisation, such as governments, international organisations, academic institutions, commercial organisations and non-government organisations are included.
All sites included in the GICHD Links Library are subject to a review process to ensure their validity. GICHD will conduct a review of the links in the library on a periodic basis.
The sites must not include material of clearly offensive character, although no political censorship occurs, and a broad range of opinions is accepted.
The raison d'etre of the sites must be clearly identified.
The sites must guarantee technical reliability and be updated regularly.
The GICHD does not include any "pay to view" sites.
