The GICHD provides support to the Interagency Governmental Commission on Mine Action and other mine action actors in Armenia in the field of strategic management and information management.

Strategic management

  • Armenia formed a key part in “EC-funded Mine Actions in the Caucasus and Central Asia”
  • Assistance in the development of the national strategy and in the development of the national legislation

Information management

  • Installation of IMSMA in 2005
