Support to IMSMA Users is a focus area of our activities. Hands-on training and information management services are entirely customised to best satisfy the needs expressed by the IMSMA users’ community.
Our support performance quality is systematically under evaluation and new solutions studied in order to satisfy the users’ community as much as possible. Closer collaboration with organisations already active in providing information management services in the field is being explored to increase this support.
IMSMA Users’ Guide is constantly updated and more options are foreseen for 2009.

IMSMA computers with Internet access can benefit from remote assistance. This can enable a quicker roll-out of any changes of the software updates as well as immediate and facilitated technical assistance.
