United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS) and the GICHD have the pleasure of inviting technical and operational staff from mine action programmes and mine affected countries to a Technology Workshop in Geneva. The aim is to discuss technical issues relevant to demining. The workshop will be held at the GICHD between the 8th and 10th of September. The workshop follows a similar event held in 2006, which brought together technology practitioners and experts to share ideas and experiences.
The 2008 technology workshop will start at 13:00 on the 8th of September and finish at 16:00 on the 10th of September.
