IMSMA SupportSupport to IMSMA Users is a focus area of our activities. Hands-on training and information management services are entirely customised to best satisfy the needs expressed by the IMSMA users’ community. Our support performance quality is systematically under evaluation and new solutions studied in order to satisfy the users’ community as much as possible. Closer collaboration with organisations already active in providing information management services in the field is being explored to increase this support.
