Ten people participated in the Evaluating Mine Action workshop within the World Bank’s International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET) for 2006. Seven of the participants were sponsored, in whole or in part, by GICHD to attend either three or four weeks of IPDET, allowing them to take the core course in evaluation for development as well as a number of specialised workshops, including Evaluating Mine Action.
