Natasha González joined the GICHD in October 2018. As Training Development Project Officer, she provides operational, project management and administrative support to the Training Development Project. This includes transforming complex concepts and information into user-friendly, interactive and multimedia learning experiences. She also supports the development and administration of GICHD’s training courses as well as the learning management systems and the Collaborative Ordnance Data Depository (CORD).
Prior to joining the GICHD, Natasha worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research in Learning and Development roles, where she contributed to the development of multiple capacity-building initiatives including e-learning courses.
Natasha González holds a double Master’s Degree in Political Science (with a focus on International Cooperation and Development) and Public Policy from University of Montpellier and University of Franche-Comte. Additionally, she has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Central University of Venezuela.
