As observer and technical advisor, the GICHD will be strongly involved in these meetings. The Director of the GICHD, Stefano Toscano, will address the Plenary at the Meeting of the High Contracting Parties to the CCW.
The GICHD will make three further presentations:
- The MORE project under Protocol V
- New technologies using animal detection systems for technical survey under Amended Protocol II
- Humanitarian impact of anti-vehicle mines, jointly delivered with the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) under the CCW overall
