The GICHD provides training and advisory services to mine action organisations and other national authorities and other institutions involved in mine action (NGOs, operators and donors) either on the ground or in Geneva.
If you would like to apply for a GICHD training, you must first set up a profile. This account will allow you to apply to specific courses and allow you to track the status of your application.
Instructor-led Training
Instructor-led training is led by a trainer, unlike our online self-paced courses. You might study in the same physical location as the trainer, in a virtual classroom or in a blended model. Find out more about the different course formats and check the individual course pages for details.

Training Statistics
The NMAS Development course was invaluable as Ethiopia begins drafting its national mine action standards. This training provided a unique opportunity to exchange experiences with other countries and actively engage in discussions. We've already set a plan to review and refine our drafts, applying the insights gained here.
GICHD’s Mine Action Managers course provides a platform for members to collaborate on a more personal level. Everything taught has/will be beneficial to anyone that attends.
