Participants explore how high-quality and reliable data form the basis for evidence-based decisionmaking in clearance planning, tasking, prioritisation, and reporting. Throughout the course, particular emphasis is placed on how to transform raw data into clear and actionable analytical insights for different stakeholders.

Participants learn to identify organisational needs and formulate meaningful performance indicators that reflect the status and effectiveness of operations. The course introduces methods for collecting and verifying data to ensure its accuracy and consistency. Practical exercises help participants interpret and analyse data for each indicator, draw evidence-based conclusions, and understand the operational implications of their findings.

An important component of the training is the ability to communicate analytical results effectively. Participants work on adapting their findings to the needs of the target audience, selecting an appropriate level of detail, and choosing suitable formats for presenting information in line with the operational context.
