The Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining (GICHD) is searching for a consultant with expertise in organisational design and development. The consultant will partner with GICHD staff to guide and draft a pillar for our next strategy that focuses on “institutional development”. This part of the strategy will ensure that internal practices reflect the values and principles that the GICHD follows in its work with/to the benefit of external stakeholders; how the Centre can ensure it remains fit for purpose as the working environment evolves; and what priorities should be pursued in the next strategic cycle to ensure that both of these aspects are realized.
