Travel & Accommodation

The GICHD will only sponsor the participation of 2–3 NMAA representatives per country, covering travel, accommodation, and meals, as well as all costs related to the organization of the workshop. Medical expenses incurred during the stay in Switzerland will not be covered by the GICHD; participants are required to arrange separate health insurance.

GICHD будет только финансировать участие 2–3 представителей NMAA от каждой страны, покрывая расходы на проезд, проживание и питание, а также все расходы, связанные с организацией семинара. Медицинские расходы, понесенные во время пребывания в Швейцарии, не будут покрываться GICHD; участникам необходимо оформить отдельную медицинскую страховку.

Visa

The GICHD will cover any applicable visa fees.
