Chief of Operations

In her most recent role as Operations Officer within the Planning Unit, she contributes to the Planning Unit’s mandate of improving organizational planning and budgeting and supporting outcome-performance monitoring at the Centre. Stephanie also provides administrative and financial coordination to the Inclusive Risk Reduction division, supporting the delivery of international events and missions. Finally, she provides executive support to the Chief of Operations. Prior to joining the Planning Unit, Stephanie supported the Gender, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion programme as Programme Officer as well as the Communications Team as Communications Officer.  

She brings 15 years of experience in strategic communications, organizational processes, knowledge management, event coordination and branding in the international cooperation sector, supporting foundations, NGOs as well as government and UN agencies. 

Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of San Francisco, USA and a Master’s degree in Cultures and Development Studies from KU Leuven, Belgium.
