Aurelia Rutge joined the GICHD in November 2024 as People Manager. She contributes to the People & Culture function, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives, global HR systems, and organizational development.

Prior to joining the GICHD, Aurelia held several HR leadership roles in international companies across the medical, technology, and aviation sectors. She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in global HR project management, compensation and benefits, organizational transformation, and labour law. She has worked across Switzerland, France, Germany, the US, the UK, and Asia, leading cross-cultural teams and building HR infrastructures in fast-paced and complex environments.

Aurelia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from IGS Paris and a Master’s in Business Law from Université Jean Moulin – Lyon III. She is certified in Coaching and Change Management.
