This exhibition, Life of Mine, marked the International Day of Mine Awareness on April 4 in Geneva and around the globe by giving mine action a human face. It shows the manifold impact that explosive remnants of war have on communities, shedding a light on the people whose lives have been impacted by explosive hazards or who dedicate their lives to eliminating them.
This exhibition highlights 3 countries: Bosnia and Herzergovina, Lebanon and Colombia. On lifeofmine.org, you can read and listen to the stories of those affected by mines and those working in the mine action sector.
