Boris Ohanyan

Boris Ohanyan joined the GICHD in 2021. As Programme Officer, he supports the GICHD’s work in integrating EORR and broader agendas and approaches (such as the Sustainable Development Goals and Triple Nexus) as well as its involvement in relevant international conventions and initiatives. He also provides assistance in project cycle management. Boris Ohanyan has previously served as Junior Programme Officer for one year within the Strategies, Performance and Impact Division.

Prior to joining the GICHD, Boris Ohanyan worked for the Ministry of Justice of Armenia, as a lawyer in a law firm in Armenia, as well as a programme coordinator at the University of Geneva. He has also previously interned at the World Trade Organisation.

Boris Ohanyan holds a MA in International Law from the Graduate Institute of Geneva (IHEID) and a MAS in European and International Governance from the University of Geneva.
