PEOPLE AND CULTURE

Michaël Mignonnat joined the GICHD in January 2025 as Head of People & Culture. He oversees Administration & Logistics, Conferences and Human Resources function. Michaël is also responsible for the Institutional Pillar of GICHD Strategy that aims to foster a strong mission-driven, inclusive & collaborative culture supported by clear working principles & core values.

Prior to joining the GICHD, Michaël worked for several companies from the Private Sector and for the last 3 years working on the Non-for-Profit sector where he has built expertise in Fundraising, Communication, Operations & People Management in the Education sector.

Michaël holds a master’s degrees in Biology from University of Paris, France, a master’s degree in Food Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Agronomie in Nancy, France, and a master’s in Business Administration from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
