External relations, policy & cooperation programme

Inas Rashad joined the GICHD in August 2020 and currently serves as the Digital Communications Advisor. She develops and implements the Centre’s digital communication strategy, overseeing digital and web projects aligned with the GICHD’s strategic and communication goals. She also provides strategic guidance on digital communications initiatives to both internal teams and external partners.

Previously, as Digital Communications Coordinator, she contributed to working on digital communication tools and supporting the development of the communication department's digital communication objectives.

Before joining the GICHD, Inas worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant and Projects Coordinator, partnering with organizations across the private, non-profit, and government sectors worldwide. She brings extensive experience in delivering creative digital solutions—including web, mobile, and augmented reality projects—that seamlessly integrate technology and communication.

Inas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications from Cairo University and an MBA from École Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées in Paris, France.
